GANGER CNC technical engineer travelled to Australia for a week-long on-site training programme to guide the client’s production team in fully mastering the operation and maintenance of the newly installed “5+1” CNC bridge cutting machine GQ-3220DSM.

The training covered basic machine operation, and the use of the intelligent control interface. It focused particularly on the machining of kitchen worktops—a common application for the client—and provided guidance on optimizing cutting parameters to achieve high-efficiency, high-quality production and cost savings. During the training, the client’s factory technicians carried out live machining operations under the guidance of our engineer, thereby enhancing their practical skills.

Furthermore, the training included daily equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting strategies, thereby strengthening the client’s team’s ability to manage and maintain the equipment independently.
