Our company recently dispatched our senior engineer, Engineer Lin, to South Africa to provide on-site technical training for local customers. This on-site service strengthens the cooperative bond between us and our partners in the South African market.

Engineer Lin departed from Beijing in the early morning of January 12th, 2026, and is scheduled to return around January 25th, 2026, spending over ten days in South Africa on the special technical training for our local customers.

During the training, Engineer Lin provided detailed guidance tailored to the customers’ actual needs, covering standard machine operation, daily maintenance key points, common fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and safety norms. Combining theoretical explanation with on-site demonstration, he patiently answered questions and solved practical problems, greatly improving the customers’ ability to operate and maintain the equipment independently.

Engineer Lin’s professional and meticulous attitude won full recognition and high praise from the South African customers. They highly affirmed his professional knowledge, patient teaching and efficient problem-solving ability, noting that the training helped them master the equipment skills and laid a solid foundation for improving production efficiency.
