GANGER CNC's field engineers have completed on-site installation and operator training for the GQ-35ESM 5+1-axis bridge cutting machine at

a European client's facility. The assignment combined precise setup with practical sessions, ensuring the crew could run the machine safely from

day one. 

The GQ-35ESM features XYZAC five-axis movement, with an A axis from 0° to 90° and a C axis rotating 0° to 360°. Its independent 5.5 kW spindle

reaches 18,000 rpm, delivering clean cuts, profiling and sink cut-outs across sintered stone, quartz, marble and ceramics. 

Our engineers walked the team through key functions: drilling, polishing, miter cuts, contouring, nesting and vacuum-assisted moving. With

the 3500×2000 mm worktable tilting to 85°, slabs load easily, while the GANGER intelligent control and built-in camera support precise,

repeatable work.
