Ganger Marks Waterjet Milestone, Previews Hybrid Saw-Jet for Q4

Ganger has delivered its first waterjet cutter—a strategic leap beyond sawing into ultra-precise profiling. The unit, built for thick stone and intricate inlays,

targets fabricators handling delicate materials where minimal kerf and zero heat are critical. It confirms Ganger’s shift toward multi-technology stone

solutions.

The waterjet cutter delivering edge quality that slashes polishing time. Early feedback highlights its stability on sintered stone and quartzite. For Ganger,

the sale marks a confidence boost in high-pressure machining reliability.

R&D is accelerating on a waterjet-bridge saw hybrid, slated for a late Q4 launch. By merging saw, independent spindle and waterjet on one gantry, the

machine will switch tools automatically.

Inquiry volume for the hybrid is already high, driven by loyal bridge-saw clients seeking one-stop cutting. Fabricators see it as the answer to shrinking

margins: fewer setups, less handling, and tighter nesting. Ganger expects the combo to redefine compact, high-mix stone processing equipment.
