Next-Gen Automation: DLR & ELR Production Lines Redefine Stone Processing

In a significant leap for manufacturing automation, we are proud to unveil two state-of-the-art stone processing solutions: the DLR and ELR

comprehensive production lines. Designed for the modern factory, these systems represent a paradigm shift from isolated machinery to fully integrated,

intelligent workflows. By synchronizing complex processing stages, we are empowering fabricators to achieve unprecedented levels of operational excellence

and output consistency.

The DLR line is an engineering marvel of logistical precision. It features a seamless workflow starting with a flipping loader and belt conveyors that transport

materials to the 5-Axis Waterjet and  Machining Center. The line concludes with a specialized 4-Process Drilling Machine, followed by an automated drying

and stacking system. This continuous loop minimizes manual handling, ensuring high-speed processing with rigorous quality control at every station.

Taking versatility a step further, the ELR incorporates the robust Edge Banding Machine alongside the core 5-axis bridge saw and drilling units. This

configuration allows for complex, multi-faceted fabrication within a single pass. With intelligent robotic arms managing material transfer between the

waterjet, machining center, and edge banding stations, the ELR offers a compact yet powerful solution for diverse project requirements, maximizing floor

space utility.

Both production lines are protected by comprehensive safety fencing and driven by intuitive software that optimizes material usage and machine paths.

Whether deploying the drying-focused DLR or the edge-banding capable ELR, manufacturers gain a competitive edge through reduced labor costs and

enhanced safety standards. These launches mark a new era of "smart" stone processing, delivering reliability and scalability for businesses aiming to lead

the global market.
