1. Confirm Site Readiness:

Ensure the machine has arrived safely at the installation site. Verify the site provides adequate space dimensions, electrical power, water supply, and compressed air as required for installation.

2. Installation Floor:
A concrete floor is recommended. Ensure the floor surface is level. Based on the machine installation drawings provided by the factory, preliminarily determine the machine's installation position.

3.Electrical Supply:

380V/50Hz, 4-wire Three-Phase (3 Live wires, 1 Neutral wire, 1 Ground wire). Prepare a 5-core, 6mm² power cable according to the distance between the site's power switch and the planned machine location.

4. Water Supply:
Prepare a water supply with a flow rate of at least 4 cubic meters per hour. Include a 20mm diameter water pipe connector. A water pump is required for blade cooling.

5. Compressed Air Supply:
Prepare an air compressor with minimum power of 5.5kW to supply compressed air to the machine. Air pressure must be at least 6 bar. Include an 8mm diameter air hose connector.

6. Lifting Equipment:
Prepare a 5-ton capacity forklift for machine handling and positioning.

7.Measuring Tools:
Prepare the following measuring tools:

• 1-meter Spirit Level

• Dial Indicator

• Vernier Caliper

8. Testing Tools:
Prepare the following testing tools:

• Milling Table Grinding Wheel

• Test Saw Blade

Grinding wheel (a saw blade can be used as a substitute)

9. Testing Materials & Fixtures:
Prepare necessary testing materials, clamping plates, and related tooling.
